Viva Brilliant Color in an elegant mirror palette. Viva Brilliant Color is a color intensive pressed powder with pearlescent effects suitable for eyes, face and body that can be applied dry or with a moistened brush or sponge.

The pearlescent Mica pigments are responsible for the exclusive luster and glitter of the product. No metallic pigments are being used. Apply wet to strengthen the color effect and its adhesion.

Used with Eye Shadow Primer will enable a smoother and enhanced application. For detailed line work or smudge proof eye liner use Cake Eye Liner Sealer.
